Debbie Reynolds sold some amazing piece of Hollywood memorabilia on Saturday because of bankruptcy.

Reynolds sold Marilyn Monroe's infamous 'Subway Dress' that she wore in 'The Seven Year Itch' for a whopping $4.6 million dollars. According to Reynolds, she bought the dress for only $200. Talk about a wise investment.

Other items that sold for a ton of money were the ruby red slippers that Judy Garland wore in 'The Wizard of Oz” ($1.75 million), another Monroe dress from “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes” ($1.2 million) and the Ascot dress Audrey Hepburn donned in “My Fair Lady” ($3.7 million).

There will be another auction held in December that will have more of Reynolds's iconic pieces.
