The Olsen Twins Launch New Fragrance - Eau de Olsen
It's everyones life mission to look like an Olsen twin by wearing their clothing label and now we can smell like them too!

The identical twin actresses-turned-fashion designers have created a new fragrance that will be on the market in March. It’s called Eau de Olsen. Anything named in French already smells good.

It’s the first to be released by the hardest working 26-year-olds in the industry, as part of their contemporary clothing brand Elizabeth and James, with Sephora, however this isn’t the pair’s first time in the fragrance rodeo. The former Full House child stars have previously brewed body sprays for tweens. This will be their first mature grown up scent though.

“We look forward to bringing the modern perspective and fashion philosophy of Elizabeth and James designers Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen to life with this prestige fragrance,” announced Michael McGeever, senior vice president of Sephora.

It’s still New York Fashion Week and Mary-Kate and Ashley have been keeping busy prepping the “pure, soft and delicate lightness” for their spring/summer 2013 collection for luxury label The Row. This season was “inspired by the 18th century scrolls of Ito Jakuchu, depicting the Japanese traditions of bird-and-flower paintings,” as explained in their show notes. Obviously one of these twins did their NYU art history homework.

Younger sister, up-and-coming actress Elizabeth Olsen, who was in attendance at the spring/summer 2013 runway, is one of the sibling’s the Elizabeth and James label was named after (James is in reference to older brother Trent—it’s a family affair!). Maybe Elizabeth will also be an inspiration for the fragrance.
