Claire and Narcisco arrived at the CFDA Fashion Awards Monday night arm in arm. Claire said of Rodriguez that he’s “very cheeky and playful and funny, kind and dear . . . one of my dear friends. Any excuse to hang out with him is welcome.”
She also revealed that he’s the designer of her wedding dress, saying, “He’s making it. I get weepy…more emotional than I was expecting. It’s intimate. It’s amazing. I’m so privileged. I’m collaborating a little bit, but I’m just trusting him implicitly. I’m offering my ideas, but they always pale in comparison to his.”
And Narcisco couldn’t hide his own feelings for Claire, saying, “She’s an extraordinary woman inside and out. That always comes through. You can’t hide it. I just try to make her look more beautiful. And it’s not hard to make her look beautiful.”
We can’t wait to see what he comes up with! But like Narcisco said, it’s not hard for Claire Danes to look good!

Earlier this week, Charlize was a guest on the David Letterman show where she was sporting a black Narciso Rodriguez dress from his Fall 2008 collection.
When you are Charlize, you get to get the clothes fresh from the runway before it hits the stores.
The dress is very simple when you are looking at it from the front, but when you turn it around it’s gives you a wowing effect.
For Fall, Rodriguez kept it pretty simple on the front and turned his attention on the backside of the clothes.

Kristin Davis, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall and Cynthia Nixon stepped out looking fierce, but would we expect anything less from these ladies? Sarah Jessica Parker mirrored Carrie’s fashion style on the carpet last night with her shiny Nina Ricci gown. The one thing the girls all had in common was that they were wearing Fred Leighton jewels.
Here’s the breakdown of what the ladies were wearing on the carpet in NYC last night:
SARAH JESSICA PARKER
...wore a shiny grey Nina Ricci gown matched with antique Fred Leighton jewels. The Queen of the night looked incredible, which was a big change from her outfit at the London premiere.
KRISTIN DAVIS
...wore a custom made gold Donna Karan gown matched with Fred Leighton diamonds. Kristin's outfit didn't impress us that much, but that's just Kristin Davis' style.
CYNTHIA NIXON
...wore a white Narciso Rodriguez gown matched with Fred Leighton jewels carrying a Bottega Veneta clutch. Cynthia Nixon has definitely impressed us with her red carpet style while doing the SATC media rounds. Her stylist needs a raise!
KIM CATTRALL
...wore a metallic strapless Vivienne Westwood knee length cocktail dress. Kim brought sexy back and gave all women in their 50's a good name out there!

Amanda Bynes shined the red carpet last night wearing a lilac colored Narciso Rodriguez short dress. Unfortunately for us regular folks, Narciso Rodriguez comes with a hefty price tag so unless you have anywhere from $800-$2200 to spend you should wait for the Forever 21 version.
She had matched her dress with a pair of $610 dollar Christian Louboutin pumps that we had talked about last week.
