Nicole Richie: Blonde Ambition

Summer will be over in just a few weeks and many women will start darkening their hair colors to prepare for fall. Not Nicole Richie!

Unlike many women out there Nicole spent her summer as a brunette and lightened up just in time for fall.

Richie posted a pic on her official website of her new much lighter and shorter do.

"Last night we played Clueless. Andy [Lecompte] and George [Papanikolas] played Cher & Dionne, and I played Tai [who was played bythe late Brittany Murphy]," she blogged Thursday. "'Aahhh!! Project!'"

Nicole has previously admitted that she loves change and can't stick with the same boring hair color for too long.
