Nicole Richie Got A Boob Job

So does this mean that the no-boobs+bony collar bone look is out? Great. Now that Nicole Richie has caved in and gotten real-sized boobs, who are us other women built like 14-year-boys going to idolize? Rachel Zoe? I guess.

It's true, and this isn't like the Lindsay Lohan boob job rumor, or the Audrina Patridge boob job rumor, this one is for real, because Nicole Richie is being super honest about it and flaunting her new silicone appendages.

"In the past, she said she wanted a lift, though we never thought she was serious," a source says about Richie's desire to get implants.

Well, she apparently was serious, even changing her mind about breast implants from her opinions of the past. When she was nursing her daughter Harlow in 2008 she claimed, "I really don't like [having big boobs]."

Richie just vacationed with friends in Mexico on September 24 and debuted a brand new bikini body. Literally brand new, as in, purchased at the plastic surgeons office. Anyone whose seen at least one episode of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" can honestly identify that Nicole Richie's new boobs are totally fake.

But she isn't trying to deny the rumors, a source says "she's been open about it to friends."

Another source says she wanted to improve her bustline for her husband Joel Madden, "The pregnancies took a toll. She said breast-feeding killed what boobs she did have!" And everyone knows Nicole Richie didn't have boobs to begin with. Is it possible to have inverted breasts?

Richie showed off her new purchases at her 30th birthday in Los Cabos, Mexico with pals DJ Samantha Ronson and rocker/actress Juliette Lewis. If you pop out two kids before you turn 30, I think new boobs is a great birthday gift to yourself. Richie has been criticized in the past for her stick-thin figure, admitting she had an eating disorder a few years ago. Now, she's curvy again and the implants aren't obnoxiously huge.

Also joining Richie in Mexico for her bday weekend was sisters Ashlee and Jessica Simpson and Ashlee's new boyfriend Vincent Piazza. I wonder what all these young stars do with their kids when they cross the border for random luncheons with friends? I guess they leave the kids at home with their rockers husbands or in Ashlee's case, her rocker ex. Richie's hubby Joel Madden was noticeably absent from the Mexico trip, I guess it was a girls only + Vincent Piazza trip.
