Bill Clinton was the latest to announce his transition to veganism, saying that a vegan regimen will help to reverse the heart and blood vessel damage caused by cardiovascular disease.
"It's turning a ship around before it hits the iceberg, but I think we're beginning to turn it around," Clinton told CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta. While going vegan definitely has its health benefits, if not done right, it can be just as unhealthy. A lot of inexperienced vegans try to fill the meat void with junk food like potato chips. But done right, becoming vegan is actually a much healthier option.

Oprah left her windy Chicago for a little California sunshine and looked great in a grey stretch dress. Sigourney Weaver decided to throw back to her Working Girl days with a hint of 80's on the red carpet.
The Alien star wore a red turtleneck with cut out shoulders and a large belt. Very flash dance we must say. Lisa Ling and Marcia Cross were also on hand playing it a little more casual. Who knew that looking was good part of a complete balanced breakfast?

"Oprah's Closet" will sell off around 20 items from her wardrobe, each with a label certifying they are genuine. The sizes range from a UK 14-18, with all proceeds going to charity.
One excited customer told the New York Times: "The feeling is, Oprah had this on and now I'm wearing it! When you go in there, you feel just great, like you are somebody, like Oprah is touching you."
