Americas favorite heiress was seen in New Jersey over the weekend spreading a little holiday cheer. And the reason she was there to promote her brand new fragrance Fairy Dust.

We have not smelled it yet, but if Paris Hilton is involved we have a hunch it will smell like retail success. The heiress looked amazing in a great aqua dress. We love this color because you just don't see it that often.
