The stylist turned designer has different goals in mind--she actually wants to become a lifestyle brand, rather than just a couture designer.
Rachel Zoe and soon-to-be mom Molly Sims were dressed in Valentino and swapped mommy stories on the red carpet. Minka Kelly stunned in a nude lace Valentino dress. CW actresses Jessica Szohr and Jessica Stroup sipped champagne inside. “Bridesmaids” actress Ellie Kemper was all smiles. R&B songstress Ciara rocked a svelte long-sleeved black dress with an extreme ombre hairstyle, meanwhile socialite Kim Kardashian steered clear of the interviews and any potential “flour bombs.”

Zoe released her official shopping guide tomorrow, but we’ve got a sneak peek of some of those items on the list.
One of Rachel’s favorite picks is a bright blue jumpsuit from her own collection. Bright solid prints are very fun for spring.

What with Rachel Zoe's new baby, and her husband Rodger Berman saying that a new season was “still unclear,” we feared that we would never again hear another Rachel Zoe-ism! That is major, like MAHJ, and I die, and also, that is Bananas!
So anyways, in a profile on Rachel Zoe for The Hollywood Reporter, this little gem was dropped.
“Bravo and Zoe are in talks about a new and freshened-up concept for a fifth season, sources say. An announcement could come at the network’s April upfront in New York.”
Charlize Theron and her stylist Leslie Fremar appear on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter Style issue, even though stylist Leslie came in at #2 on the coveted list.
But let’s talk about Kate Young, the best damn stylist in Hollywood. If you remember the 2011 Oscars/Golden Globes/SAG Awards, she made a pregnant Natalie Portman look chic week after week.

“I have had really good relationships with them [designers] but being able to go into their studios and look at things for my clients and talk with them about making things for my clients – it is amazing,” says Brad, “Getting sketches by email by really great designers. It’s like, ‘What is happening. Oh my God.’”

Her Fall 2012 Ready-to-Wear collection might have been a little overzealous as the collection featured about 46 looks. Maybe she was a little over eager, but out of those 46 looks, a lot of them really struck a chord.
The collection was full of pantsuits, pantsuits, and more pantsuits.

Kim Kardashian appeared on “The Rachel Zoe Project” last night. Oh my god, I die. Just, I die. This was so major we had to “shut it down.” Like TV itself… had to shut down.
Rachel Zoe-isms aside, on Tuesday night’s episode of “The Rachel Zoe Project,” Zoe herself was asked last minute to style Kim Kardashian’s video shoot. Like everything on that show, it was super stressful and totally a big deal.
An 8 months pregnant Zoe had “less than 24 hours” to pull together different looks for Kim K’s video shoot for her new fragrance. This was also the first time that Kim and Rachel had worked together.

Based on the teaser of the new season, it looks like Brad Goreski screws Rachel and tries to become a stylist on his own. He even went as far as pitching his own reality show after he told Rachel he was “tired of the limelight.” Nothing says ‘I want to be more private’ than shopping your own reality show.
“After three years of working together, Brad sat Roger and I down and said, ‘I need to make a change. I want to be at home with my dog and my boyfriend, I want my personal life, I want to get out of the limelight,’” Zoe recalls in the clip.

Rachel Zoe opens up to Fabsugar at Neiman Marcus for the launch of her Fall 2011 collection and says she's terrified to debut her Spring 2012 runway show at New York Fashion Week.
"Nervous, excited, petrified, anxious, terrified...did I mention terrified? I'm terrified," Zoe says of her upcoming show.
This is Rachel's first ever show at NY Fashion Week, she's now a designer who came to prominence for being a celebrity stylist for many years. Before she was a designer she was known for putting skinny celebs in skinny jeans and convincing stars that fur coats make sense over maxi dresses.
