Boots Are Made For Summer or Winter?

Los Angeles has been very hot this summer with temperatures going all the way up to 110 degrees. With that said, isn't it weird seeing celebrities wearing boots and walking around the streets of LA.

Just this past weekend both Rihanna and Ashley Tisdale were photographed wearing some really cute boots while heading to the salon. The boots they were both wearing were very cute but is it really necessary when it's scorching hot outside.
