Linda Evangelista and Salma Hayek's Hubby Settle Child Support Battle

Former Supermodel Linda Evangelista and her insanely rich baby daddy Francois-Henri Pinault finally settled their bitter child support battle out of court.

Linda gave birth to son Augustin James in 2006 and refused to name the father. Then in June of 2011 she filed court papers that revealed that her baby daddy was actually French billionaire Pinault, the head of PPR, the company that owns Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, and Bottega Veneta to name a few. He's also currently married to Salma Hayek. So yeah, the plot thickens!

Anyways, when Evangelista first filed for child support she claimed that Pinault had not paid anything in five years and asked for $46,000 a month in child support.

The trial began last week, but when international press descended on the court to hear Evangelista’s testimony, they decided to settle out of court and Evangelista never testified the second day. I think we all collectively really wanted to hear that testimony, I mean, what does a 5-year-old spend $46,000 a month on? Toy cars modeled after the Fisker Karma? Lots and lots of string cheese? Hoverboards!?

The exact monthly amount of child support they settled on was not disclosed, but a source says they believe “Mr. Pinault has gone a long way toward meeting those original demands.”

However, this one gem did slip through during the first day of court when Evangelista, now 46, took to the stand to admit that there “is not a lot of demand” for her modeling services now. She also says she wont take a job unless she’s “paid in the area of $100,000.”
