Good, I was started to have suspicions that she was not in fact human and actually just David Beckham’s sex doll.
Marc Jacobs presented her with the coveted honor during the award show at the London Savoy Hotel. As she accepted her award, wearing a floor-length backless gown and her hair pulled into a bun, she started tearing up as she read off her acceptance speech.
“I’m so sorry for crying,” said the singer turned designer, “I’m being so rubbish. I would like to thank the British fashion industry for your support. I’d like to thank my team, you all know who you are, your focus, your creativity – Simon Fuller, my parents, my kids and my husband. Without David I wouldn’t have had the courage to do what I am doing.”

The London show will be at the Somerset House and is being billed as a “special fashion presentation” that is supposed to coincide with her “World Of Stella” collection at Selfridges, a new fragrance launch, and the opening of a second Stella McCartney store in London.
Her mainline collection will be held as usual in Paris later in the month. Paris, Milan, and New York are the “bigger fashion weeks” and is why Stella has always shown there, however, the London show has been reaching similar status as the other runways shows in recent years.

Tyler has been shooting ads for the campaign along with his daughter, Chelsea Tyler. “I love working with him,” Chelsea said about her Aerosmith dad. “It’s so relaxed and we have a lot of fun with it, and I really love so much of this line. I’m happy to be supporting it.”
The Andrew Charles men’s collection includes bold cotton shirts, denim, and a “Rock Scarf” collection. For women, there are jeans, embellished tops, skirts and tanks.
“I’ve been wearing this stuff forever,” Tyler says, presumably talking about both the men’s and women’s line. Hell, if they had a little girl’s line, he’d probably be stealing their leopard print leggings, too. “It’s just another side of it to think I’d be able to sell this and pass it on.”

The British Designer and daughter of Paul McCartney is an environmentalist and a vegetarian who never uses fur or leather in her creations. Going eco-friendly is the next step in her environmental and animal friendly designs.
She says the eyewear collection will be made with more than 50 percent natural and renewable materials. Eco-friendly is great, but there becomes a point when I just wanna wear a pair of sunglasses and I don't care what part of the environment I'm offending. I plant trees, I'm allowed to say this.

Fashion's Night Out is the one night where stores around the world are open later than usual and while you shop they might have a freebie giveaway or at the very least, a cake-pop to munch on. Also, sales of the official FNO t-shirt benefits the NYC Aids Fund.
Here are just some of the FNO events happening in the major cities around the world.

McCartney already designs a women’s sports-inspired range for Adidas so she will work with them for the London-based Olympic games, which will be taking place in 2012.
“I have to make it look good on TV, I have to make it feel good for the athletes, I have to make it work–technically it has to do its job,” McCartney says.
Stella is very honored for her designing gig, but she does not want it to get in the way of the team winning medals.
“The main thing I want do is not in any way get involved with making their performance not its best,” Stella says in a statement.

A friend told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper Leona had said: "I'm on a mission. I'd love to promote a line of non-leather bags and shoes that are affordable. I think more needs to be available and not so expensive.
"There's so much I want to do. I've always wanted to have my own fashion line, and that's something I want to focus on next year."
Leona's been a vegetarian for years, she doesn't wear any suede, leather or other animal products. She's also a public supporter of PETA, the same organization that Stella has been apart of for years.
The source added: "Leona and Stella get on like a house on fire. They met at the recent Children In Need charity show at London's Royal Albert Hall. They are both vegetarians, don't wear leather and are huge animal lovers. The line would be very animal friendly."
Leona has such a great sense of style, so it would be great to finally see a trendy animal friendly line.

The superstar designer is set to release her new collection in stores and online in November.
Speaking about her new venture, Stella said, "For years now I've wanted to create a collection for kids... I believe that this one off collaboration will be a great way for customers to be able to participate in the Stella McCartney Brand.
"I believe that kids clothing should be more accessibly priced, which is particularly important at the moment given the current climate."
Stella certainly has a great sense of style so she would be an asset to GapKids. Now if only she would start designing dresses young women could afford, that would be perfection.
