We found Katy Perry at a New Year's Eve Party at Paramount Studios , in Los Angeles. MS. Perry was channeling her inner 80's video girl as she hit the red carpet in a little black number. The Grammy nominated song stress appeared to look like she was an extra on "The Grind" in her safety pin mini skirt, and busy stockings.
On the other side of the Pond, Rihanna rang in New Years Eve with a more subdued approach. Leaving Movida nightclub in London the songstress stumbled her way out of the club in a sensible British tweed Coat. Rihanna punched up her look with some black driving gloves, and her signature Prince hair- do.
Not to be out done the boys also hit some red carpets to wring in 09'. John Legend hosted Prive Night Club in Miami wearing a great White Tuxedo . Very Miami Vice if we do say so ourselves. And we do.
Also ringing in the New Year the white way, was Usher in another dapper white tuxedo. Looking more like James Bond, Usher hosted Bank Night Club in New York City.
All the stars looked great, we just wonder if celebrities get hangovers like the rest of us.

“You may have heard that I might be launching a lingerie line for men and woman,” Usher said. “Comfort and intimacy is very important.”
So does this mean men like wearing lingerie? Because if Usher is designing lingerie for men there must be a demand out there right?

Usher is releasing two limited edition signature fragrances, UR for Men and UR for Women. The UR fragrances reflect the personality of a new and refined Usher.
"Similar to my latest album, I wanted a fragrance that really evokes who I am and how I've evolved," says Usher. "I'm going to be 30 this year and I've had lots of emotional changes in my life with my marriage, a new baby and the passing of my father. Since I launched Usher He and Usher She, my life has really developed and I wanted to do something special for my fans that really showed the evolution of Usher."
"With the changes in Usher's life in 2007, he wanted to create a new fragrance that would compliment these changes," said Art Spiro, President of Liz Claiborne Cosmetics. "In the UR fragrances, Usher's diverse personality and creativity are utilized to create fresh and universally wearable scents."
