Donatella Versace showed the Fall/Winter 2012/2013 Atelier Versace collection over the weekend in Paris and premiered a collection that was very-Versace meets Easter brunch, assuming you do brunch at the club.

Everything was pastel and ethereal, but you couldn’t escape the leather and the bandage style bodices, because this is, after-all, a Versace show.

The runway featured rainbow hues, hyper-detailing and flowing shimmering fabrics. Mini-dresses were mixed in with floor length gowns with cheeky gauzy flowing skirts.

The show also took elements from the Versace menswear gladiator inspired show from last week. Some of the pieces in the haute couture featured trench coat minis belted together with giant gold gladiator-type belts.

Each design featured an overload of crystals, sequins, and tiny rose gold clasps gave the collection a high-fashion discothèque appeal.

Interesting fact: The show took place at the Ritz Carlton Paris for the first time since Gianni Versace showed his last collection there in 1997.

The front row was packed with a ton of A-List talent, far more than the average fashion show. Jessica Alba, Pierce Brosnan, Elizabeth Banks, Christina Hendricks, M.I.A, Anna Wintour and Milla Jovovich were just some of the big names enjoying the catwalk show. Wait, Pierce Brosnan? Really?
