Victoria Beckham stepped out New Years Eve in Londong wearing really sexy 'Black Pearl' lace cocktail dress from the Elizabeth Mason Couture collection.

Her dress and shoes were really hot but the headband and the pale face with the orange skin didn’t look too great.
