Victoria Beckham Cries at the British Fashion Records After Winning
November 29, 2011 by: MADISON VANDERBERG

Good, I was started to have suspicions that she was not in fact human and actually just David Beckham’s sex doll.
Marc Jacobs presented her with the coveted honor during the award show at the London Savoy Hotel. As she accepted her award, wearing a floor-length backless gown and her hair pulled into a bun, she started tearing up as she read off her acceptance speech.
“I’m so sorry for crying,” said the singer turned designer, “I’m being so rubbish. I would like to thank the British fashion industry for your support. I’d like to thank my team, you all know who you are, your focus, your creativity – Simon Fuller, my parents, my kids and my husband. Without David I wouldn’t have had the courage to do what I am doing.”
So sweet. Gotta love that Beckham marriage, it simultaneously makes me queasy but it also warms the soul.
Her husband David was at home in LA when she accepted the award, so her praised her on his facebook page, writing: “The boys and I are incredibly proud of Victoria after winning the prestigious British Fashion Award tonight. She has worked so hard and deserves all the recognition. It’s amazing what she has achieved tonight, very special.”
Beckham took home the award for her Victoria Beckham line, which has been a very profitable brand for the former Spice Girl, and is worn by many celebs in the US and the UK.
Other celeb-types that took home awards last night include design Stella McCartney, who received the Red Carpet Award. UK personality Alexa Chung was awarded the British Style Award, while Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, who in case you forgot designed the Royal Wedding dress, won for Designer of The Year.
