Willow Smith Has a New Fashion Blog
Willow Smith, the coolest girl this side of Tavi Gevinson, is a Jackie-O of all Trades, thanks to her new blog-- about all things fashion.

She’s the ripe age of eleven and already has more wisdom and tact when it comes to procuring a personal fashion style than you ever will. Just take a never ending scroll through her Tumblr (coccin-elle.tumblr.com) titled “l’art des chiffons” and then bookmark it and/or make it your new homepage. Oh, you didn’t know “l’art des chiffons” means “the art of the rags” in French? Well, Willow did. Because Willow’s more sophisticated than you.

The minimally designed site (no text, no frills, all photos) features mostly just street style snapshots of models and young Hollywood celebrities in equally minimal outfits, all of which are quite aesthetically mature for a kid who hasn’t even taken a geometry course yet.

The only thing that this Tumblr is missing is a Formspring where I can ask her if we can hang out and go shopping together.

It’s not exactly out of the ordinary for an adolescent girl to have a Tumblr (it’s like a 2012 rite of passage, essentially), but Willow’s is noteworthy for her own personal red carpet style—quirky, youthful multi-colored looks that mix the high and low of fashion and pop culture.

One of her most recent get ups at the Toronto International Film Festival was pretty much everything, rocking a sharply cropped black blazer over a Versace leopard print mini dress, a gold winged necklace and strappy boots with not one, not two, but three brassy buckles.
